CLEVELAND --Convicted former Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Bridget McCafferty has a date in Cleveland Municipal Court Thursday for a traffic citation issued in early August.

A spokesman for Cleveland Municipal Court said that McCafferty was issed a citation on August 2 on I-90 and E. 152nd Street for slow speed and reckless operation.

McCafferty is scheduled to appear in Cleveland Municipal Court on Thursday.

McCafferty listed her address as 1829 E. 55th Street, which is Oriana House.

WKYC has learned that McCafferty was released to Oriana House in June after serving nine months of her 14-month sentence.

According to Oriana House's website, Oriana House encompasses more than 25 programs that provide a sanction while assisting offenders in developing the skills they need to become productive members of the community.

McCafferty, 46, of Westlake, was found guilty on 10 counts of lying to the FBI on March 26, 2011. She reported to Federal Prison Camp Alderson, West Virginia on September 15, 2011 to begin serving her 14-month sentence.
