ZANESVILLE - A Canton woman has been charged with aggravated murder with two death specifications in the death of a 29-year-old woman discovered in Muskingum County beaten and burned, according to the Muskingum County Prosecutor's Office.

Katrina Marie Culberson, 20, was charged in Muskingum County Court today in the death of Celeste Fronsman. Culberson also has been charged with one count of kidnapping and one count of aggravated arson.

The death specifications allege she committed the murder while in the commission of a kidnapping and in the commission of an aggravated arson, said Muskingum County Prosecutor Michael Haddox.

Fronsman was discovered Sunday morning on Ohio 208 near the Tri-Valley Recreation Area burnt, beaten and reportedly raped.

Fronsman died Tuesday afternoon at Wexner Medical Center in Columbus with 70 percent of her body covered with burns. Her death has been ruled a homicide by the Franklin County Coroner's Office, but no cause of death has been released.

Fronsman last was seen in Canton Friday night, according to 10TV, who interviewed her father.

Culberson is in the Stark County Jail on a theft charge, court records show.

Culberson also previously has been arrested for soliciting, obstructing official business and burglary, Stark County Court records show.
