CLEVELAND --The summer season was hot and cold for Gateway District establishments.

Now that the Indians are wrapping up the last game of the season, local bars and restaurants have already begun to set their sights on the upcoming Cleveland Cavaliers season.

The Clevelander is ready to serve a fresh batch of fans. "We're very dependent of teams whether it's Browns, Cavs or Indians," said bartender Linda Nader.

Nader says Browns and Indians fans have been out but not as much as if the teams were winning big. Even still, bars like the Harry Buffalo aren't too concerned, thanks to their neighbor next door.

Harry Buffalo waitress Kellie Henderson is excited."I'm looking forward to it because last year we had the lockout for a while it cut the season down," Henderson.

The Cavs kick off their pre-season Monday but not without giving fans a free sneak peak Saturday. It's an event that's sure to bring an extra boost to downtown.

"We're expecting to be packed, the Q's going to be packed, and people will be down here just for the excitement," said Harry Buffalo manager, Caitlin Cassidy.
