Ingredients:

4 oz lobster meat
1 oz dried cranberries
2 oz broccoli florets
6 oz lobster bisque
Salt and pepper
2 oz of fennel and leeks
Puff pastry

Sautéed all of the above ingredients except cranberries bring to a gentle boil
Pour into an ovenproof bowl or dish and add cranberries
