Miller was arrested about1 a.m. Sundaywhile driving on state Route 2 near the South Marginal Road.

Police did not disclose how fast Miller was driving but he told police he was coming from watching the Notre Dame-Southern Cal game.

The ticket issued to Miller shows he was cited for 70 mph in a 50 mph zone.

His BAC was listed as .056, below the .08 legal limit, but police say that police can determine he was an impaired driver even if his blood alcohol does not exceed the legal limit.
