CLEVELAND -- A man who crashed his car through a festival barricade while drunk last summer has been sentenced to 15 years behind bars.

Mitch Andelmo and Basil Bass died when Timothy Spock rammed his car into the crowd at the Dancing in the Streets celebration at Clifton and W. 117th in July.

Spock pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault and DUI in November.
