CLEVELAND -- Some great news for Cleveland's homeless animals and for those who help take care of them:The cityis hoping to build a new dog kennel.

According to city officials, they are hoping to get the OK to use $5 million they have set aside in a capital-improvement plan to pay for the project.

Those involved say they are looking for the right place for the new facility.

Officials say the current kennel is too small and more than 30 years old.
