AKRON -- Police have arrested a 19-year-old man on multiple charges connected to a double shooting from earlier this week that left one person dead.

Akron Police say Bryan Giles faces charges of aggravated murder, aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery from the incident in which27-year-old Jarrell Cunningham was fatally shot at a home in the 600 block of Madison Avenue.

Cunningham's brother,Terrell Patterson, 20, was also shot. Police say he survived but remains hospitalized in critical condition.

Police say additional charges are expected against Giles, who is now in the Summit County Jail.

No further details about the shooting have been released.
