CLEVELAND -- Two people walked away with brand new vehicles as the 2013 Cleveland Auto Show came to a close on Sunday.
Twenty finalists were each randomly given a key -- but only two would open the door to one of the vehicles in the giveaway.
Kelly Mazzulo of Macedonia took home a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse (worth $41,285), and Tad Gayhart of Massillon took home a 2014 Chevrolet Impala (worth $36,580).
"This is absolutely unbelievable," Mazzulo said after her key fit the door of the Traverse. "I've never experienced anything like this and never won something so big in my life."
Gayhart was also thrilled, saying the win "feels fantastic."
"I have always been a Chevrolet fan, and I have always owned a Chevrolet," Gayhart said. "But I also really like the styling of the new Impala. So this really means a lot to me."
In a separate drawing of the finalists, Richard Kornblum of Eastlake won a year's worth of free natural gas for his home.
"The free gas will definitely come in handy," Kornblum said. "I heat my home with natural gas. It's the only way to go."
The car giveaways marked the finale of the Cleveland Auto Show's nine-day run at the I-X Center.
