While she recovers, police say Jamayne Ruiz, 24, is in jail, accused of that attack, but is not a suspect in the double homicide.

Jeff Schobert was a prominent lawyer for Hanna Campbell and Powell representing doctors and hospitals. Friends of the family tell WKYC the couple has two daughters.

Neighbors say the Schoberts are friendly people, often seen walking their dogs or working in the yard.

New Franklin Police say they were called to the home around 2:20 p.m. Tuesday afternoon after construction workers discovered the bodies inside the home. No word on how they died or when they may have been killed.
