RICHMOND HEIGHTS -- A Richmond Heights man is accused of tampering with his wife's car, causing it to crash into a salon in February.

Police say Ronald Miller, 73, wasindicted andcharged with attempted aggravated murder, attempted murder, felonious assault and violating protection order, consent agreement and anti-stalking.

Police arrested Miller a week ago for allegedly tampering with his 64-year-old wife's car after matching DNA from wood wedged against the car's gas pedal.

She crashed it intoNail Exposalon in Richmond Heights on Feb. 8.
