CLEVELAND -- On Saturday, Cleveland area community leaders gathered together to call members of congress to pass Common sense measures to reduce gun violence and to demand background checks when buying a gun.
The American people have made this clear to where they stand on this issue surrounding our nation on gun violence and how it is impacting area communities.
These emotional stories were told by survivors of gun violence as well as local Activists came together.
At the event 'We Have Not Forgotten and Demand Action" featured community leaders as they stood up to and ensure congress hears what the public is saying on how sensible the American people are regrading gun violence.
It's time for congress to act now, and stop playing games on this issue and move in the right direction to protect the communities and especially our children.
