CLEVELAND -- Just over a dozen people showed up for a rally Monday nightdemanding justice after a deadly police chase last November.
Organizers were hoping for a lot more people after they spread fliers all around downtown.
More than 100 police officers were involved in a chase that ended with police firing 137 shots at Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams. Both unarmed suspects were killed in the shootout.
An investigation found that police may have violated policy.
A criminal investigation is still underway.
