CLEVELAND -- Two people were arrested in a standoff on Cleveland's west side that began early Monday morning.
Police were called to West 103rd Street and Madison Avenue about 5:30 a.m. when neighbors reported seeing a man walking down the street, firing his gun.
A few homes were evacuated during the standoff.
Investigators say they saw two men go into the house and found a number of shell casings on the ground.
SWAT was called when the men refused demands to leave the house.
The first suspect was arrested just before noon.The second arrest came a short time later.
Police have now identified tham as Richard Hearn and Patrick Hyland, both 36.
