The filming of Captain America 2 is catching the lion's share of the media buzz in Cleveland this summer, but if you would rather watch a film that's already finished that was shot in here, then check out "The Kings of Summer".

The film opened in theaters this weekend. "The Kings of Summer" is a coming of age comedy about three teenage friends. It premiered at this year's Sundance Film Festival and opened this year's Cleveland Film Festival as well.

The movie was produced by Chagrin Falls' own Tyler Davidson. He sees a bright future for the local film industry.

"This region can absolutely have a film industry that is substitutable, creates job for lots of people, permanent jobs for lots of people across the area. And people just need to recognize that doesn't happen overnight."

"The Kings of Summer" was shot at several locations in Northeast Ohio including the Metro Parks and Chagrin Falls High School.

Channel 3's own Jennifer Lindgren even has a part in the movie. She plays a reporter!

A search of movie listings shows the film is playing at theCedar Lee,Cinemark at Valley View and theRegal Cinemas at Crocker Park.
