Southampton, NY (Sports Network) - Karin Sjodin withdrew from the U.S. Women's Open Championship on Monday with a shoulder injury.
Sjodin has missed the cut in four of seven starts this season and in the three cuts she made, the Swede didn't finish better than tied for 36th.
In her four U.S. Women's Open starts, Sjodin made the cut in all four championships, but ended no better than tied for 42nd.
Ryann O'Toole replaced Sjodin in the field at Sebonack Golf Club. O'Toole missed the cut last year, but finished ninth in 2011 at the U.S. Women's Open.
