CLEVELAND -- The suspect in an illegal underage tattoo case was due in court this morning for arraignment, but never showed up.
Eduardo Gonzalez was set to be arraigned on a misdemeanor charge of illegally tattooing a 16-year-old girl's back in his west side basement.
Since Gozalez didn't appear in court, the judge issued a warrant for his arrest and a $1,000 fine.
The girl's father, Ronald Bucey, who first came to us with this story last month, says his daughter paid the man $15 for the tattoo.
It's a crime in Ohio to tattoo a minor without parental consent.
