SHAKER HEIGHTS --Two pit bulls are in a dog warden's custody after they bit a woman walking her dog.

Police Chief Scott Lee tells WKYC that a womanheard loud music on her street Monday morning about 8:30 a.m.

She looked out her window and saw a red car speed off and saw two pit bulls that were presumably dumped there by the driver.

She saw one pit bull go after the dog being walked and also bite the woman walking the dog on her leg.

A man walking his dog tried to break them apart, and his dog was allegedly bitten as well.

Police arrived and took both pit bulls into custody and turned them over to a dog warden service they have under contract.
