AKRON -- Inspectors are trying to determine what caused a portion of a building to collapse in Akron Wednesday afternoon.

The Akron Fire Department says it began receiving calls around 2 p.m. for the building at North Main Street and Cuyahoga Falls Avenue.

According to the fire department, bricks started to fall from the top of the structure and the building was evacuated as a precaution.

No one was hurt.
