SOUTH EUCLID -- Warrants have been issued for the owner of a commercial garage in South Euclid after police recovered two abandoned dogs from the property.
Police with the help of the South Euclid Animal Warden and county wardens removed the dogs from the garage on South Green Road.
The police department describes the conditions the dogs were living in as "inhumane."
The owner faces charges of animal neglect and animal cruelty. Additional charges are being considered according to police.
