CLEVELAND - A new complex being constructed downtown plans on revamping 9th and Euclid.

"The 9" will use the ameritrust tower and rotunda and transform them into a luxury hotel, apartments, restaurant, rooftop bar, heinen's grocery store, theater, and new York style deli.

Other amenities planned for the project include a sun deck, indoor dog park, spa and fitness center.

The project is estimated to cost $250 million and is scheduled to open in the fall of 2014.
