Green Bay, WI (SportsNetwork.com) - Caron Butler poured in 24 points and O.J. Mayo had 22 to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a 105-95 victory over the New York Knicks in a preseason clash.

Butler connected on 9-of-13 field goal attempts for the Bucks, who shot a sizzling 62.5 percent (10-of-16) from 3-point range and led by as many as 18 points. Mayo hit on 3-of-5 shots from beyond the arc, while Luke Ridnour recorded 18 points and 11 assists in the win.

Carmelo Anthony finished with 22 points for New York, but went just 8-of-23 from the field. Tim Hardaway Jr. put up 16 points off the bench in the loss.

Butler scored 12 first-half points and Mayo chipped in 10 to stake Milwaukee to a 56-45 advantage at the break. The Bucks owned a 76-58 lead with 3 1/2 minutes left in the third quarter, but the Knicks closed out the period on a 14-1 run to cut the deficit to 77-72.

New York pulled even at 87-87 on Beno Udrih's 3-pointer with 6:25 remaining, but Milwaukee went on a 9-1 spurt over the next four minutes to pull away.
