CLEVELAND -- A judge has sentenced a man to life in prison without the possibility of parole in the death of a 23-year-old Cleveland woman.

The judge sentenced Nathaniel Woods, 52, for the 2011 murder of Kimberly Bolton.

Prosecutors say on December 14, 2011, Woods caused the death of Bolton at his home on Edna Avenue. He then burned Bolton's body near a home on Bayliss Avenue. Bolton had to be identified through fingerprints.

A jury convicted Woods in November 2012 of aggravated murder and abuse of corpse.
