CLEVELAND -- It's been an outpouring of emotion today from Cleveland's safety forces as funeral services were held for Lt. William Walker.
Fellow safety force members joined with family, friends and the community in paying a final tribute to Walker in a service at Public Auditorium.
The funeral procession began at E.F. Boyd Funeral home and took a route along city streets, including St. Clair and Lakeside, to reach the service site.
It passed through ladder trucks displaying the American flag at St. Clair and West Sixth Street.

Walker served the Cleveland Fire Department for 15 years.
He died after being shot in the driveway of his home.
Police still do not have any suspects in this case. They are asking anyone who knows anything to call them with tips, so the family can have some closure.
A fund has been set up to provide financial assistance for Walker's spouse and children. Donations can be made at any Firefighters Community Credit Union.
