WESTLAKE -- Regal Crocker Park movie theater was closed for several hours Thursday evening after firefighters responded to reports of a burst pipe.
A manager at the theater says there is no damage to the theater and that cleanup efforts are underway. By about 8:30 p.m., the theater was able to reopen.
Signs at the theater blamed the closing on a fire alarm, but an employee explained that the fire alarm was triggered by the burst pipe.
A number of stores in the shopping center have been dealing with burst pipes due to the recent sub-zero weather and subsequent warmup, a representative said.
