SOLON -- Police arrested and charged Keith Houska, 53, of Solon, with criminal child enticement for an alleged Halloween incident.
Just after 11 a.m. on Halloween, police officers responded to Solon Middle School and spoke to 12-year-old student.
According to the victim, she was confronted by a man on her way to her bus stop, located at Cromwell Drive and Hamilton Court. The man asked her if she had a boyfriend and inquired if she was going Trick-or-Treating that night.
She also told officers that she has seen the same man standing outside in the area of Monroe Court almost every day, watching her wait for the bus.
A thorough investigation was conducted which led officers to identify and arrest Houska.
