CLEVELAND -- Camilia Terry learned her fate Thursday morning.
She was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for the death of her 3-year-old son, Emiliano.
Before the sentence was handed down, Terry tearfully stood before the court and said, "I love my children and do to this day."
Her defense argued that Terry had a rough life and suffers from depression.
Prosecutors urged that Terry be given life in prison without the possibility of parole before handing the judge a photo of Emiliano's dead body.
Last month, a jury found Terry guilty of multiple counts against her in the case.

Emiliano's cause of death was blunt force impact to the head and body.
