The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Benjamin Elkins.

Elkins is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office for a parole violation that stems from a domestic violence charge. Cleveland Police also have a warrant for the domestic violence charge. Elkins' original charge was for narcotics sales.

Elkins, 35, is black, stands about 6 feet tall, weighs 225 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Elkins is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland. He also has a previous address near the 9200 block of Kenmore Avenue in Cleveland.
