CLEVELAND – From the grand ball rooms all the way to the kitchen, everything is a little bigger at the Cleveland convention center and it's expecting to see even bigger business in 2014. Conferences ranging for medical meetings to a model railroad conference will be held at the convention center this year. But even more conventions are expected in 2015, 2016 and 2017. "The more we keep bringing people here that's going to overtime continue to help make sure that building is successful and that we continue to grow the travel and tourism industry here."

One thing visitors can look forward to at the new convention center is the food. In order to feed thousands of people at one time the convention center kitchen uses over-sized pressure braziers, tilt skillets and even a conveyor belt to plate the food. Cooks use four giant tilt skillets to cook up to 700 chicken breasts at once.

All the equipment is used to create the highest quality food in the shortest amount of time.

The Convention center uses local produce and ingredients when possible to show guests just why Cleveland is a "foodie" town.
