CLEVELAND -- If you resolved to lose weight in 2014, but have quit dieting and exercise, you still have time.

And you're not alone.

By March 1, officials say 92 percent of weight loss resolutions have failed.

Dr. Derek Alessi, PhD, a fitness trainer, is sharing some of the best ways to get back on your diet and stick to it.
