07/13/2011: CITATION: Based on doctor's alleged sexual activity with Patient 1, for whom doctor also prescribed a controlled substance for weight loss without documenting an emergency situation for which the drug was prescribed and without complying with the Board's rules for prescribing controlled substances for weight loss, and on doctor's alleged prescribing of a controlled substance to Patient 2, who was a family member, without documenting an emergency situation.
