A local doctor's medical license has been revoked by the Ohio State Medical Board, Channel 3 has learned.
The Cuyahoga County prosecutor's office also is investigating Dr. Lorenzo Lalli in connection with his medical practice.
A note taped to the door of his office in a medical building adjacent to Fairview Hospital in Cleveland announced that it had been closed. He is, however, still listed on the building's directory.
Last month, a drug enforcement task force warned area pharmacies not to fill prescriptions written by Lalli, 59.
No one answered the door at his home in Bay Village.
As we reported last week, we've created an easy-to-use database so you can check to see if the state medical board has disciplined your doctor.
