It's a theme dozens of industries have accepted, and railroad companies are no exception. They've reduced what used to be teams guiding a train to single person at the controls.

But when the cargo being hauled is millions of pounds of chemicals, is it reasonable to have just one person behind the controls with all the makings of a bomb being pulled behind them?
