CLEVELAND -- Councilman Zack Reed will be back in front of a judge Thursday morning -- a little more than a month after he was released from jail for his third OVI conviction.
At the court hearing, a judge will follow up to ensure Reed is in full compliance with his sentence and treatment.
Reed was released early last month after serving 10 days in jail.
He is currently serving two years of probation and his license has been suspended for two years.
The charges stem from March 2013 when Reed was pulled over after running a red light and making an illegal turn on East 9th at Rockwell.
