CLEVELAND -- Fire officials have confirmed that a wheelchair bound woman was killed in a house fire Friday afternoon.

The fire started around 4:35 p.m. at the East 133rd Street home.

Firefighters arrived on scene and found the first floor of the home on fire. The woman was located in her wheelchair and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim's identity is being withheld until her family is notified.

Fire investigators haven't determined the cause of the fire. Fire crews also couldn't confirm whether smoke alarms in the home were functioning.
