SANDUSKY COUNTY -- Four Fremont teens were hurt in a Sunday evening crash in Sandusky County.
The Fremont Post of the Highway Patrol says a 16-year-old boy was driving a 2006 Ford Fusion eastbound on County Road 201 at a speed too fast for the road conditions.
As a result, authorities say the vehicle traveled off the north side of the roadway near Tiffin Road in Ballville Township, into a field and overturned around 9:40 p.m.
Two passengers -- a girl 15 and a man 18 -- were ejected before the vehicle came to rest. Authorities say neither was wearing a seat belt. Bother were taken to Fremont Memorial Hospital with incapacitating injuries.
Another 15-year-old girl also sustained incapacitating injuries in the crash, despite wearing her seat belt. She was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital in Toledo.
The driver, who suffered non-incapacitating injuries, was taken to Fremont Memorial Hospital. Authorities say it's unclear if he was wearing his seat belt at the time.
The crash is under investigation.
Authorities say alcohol is not suspected.
