ROCKY RIVER -- When the temperature locks into the single digits, fewer restaurant-goers make a trip out to eat. That doesn't mean restaurants suffer.

They're making up for it with carry-out orders.

"It's all take out for us," says King Wah owner Ed Hom. "On a night this cold -- in the single digits -- our business could be 95 percent take out. It is so cold people just want to stay warm."

"We get it, people just want to stay in bed and stay warm, so we have to shuffle our business model a bit."
