CLEVELAND -- Due to the dangerously cold weather conditions, the General and Housing Division of the Cleveland Municipal Court will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 28.

All first appearance criminal, traffic, and all continued cases scheduled before the General Division Judges of the Cleveland Municipal Court on Jan. 28 will be rescheduled for the same time on Tuesday Feb. 25.

All Cleveland Municipal Court General Division civil cases will be notified by mail of their next scheduled court date.

Cases scheduled for the Housing Court, Judge Raymond L. Pianka (13-B), should check with that Court on Wednesday for their rescheduled date if they have not been contacted earlier.

If anyone has questions about a Housing Court case, just call 216 664 4988.

The Clerk of Courts office will also be closed, with the exception of the 3rd floor window, where tickets and bonds can still be paid.

Also, the One-Stop Impound and Payment Center at 3040 Quigley will remain open (regular hours: 8 am-6:30 pm).

The One-Stop center is where impounded vehicles can be recovered, and payments can be made for parking tickets, photo enforcement tickets, and trash collection tickets.
