PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- A worker who was shot at while clearing snow at a Michigan apartment complex says he didn't let the attack prevent him from getting his job done.
Ben Clink tells The Ann Arbor News (http://bit.ly/1kSNPRF ) he pleaded with the man not to shoot again after a bullet shattered the windshield of a front-end loader he was using to clear snow Tuesday morning in Washtenaw County's Pittsfield Township, near Ann Arbor.
Clink wasn't injured and called 911. Police responded and the 39-year-old suspect was taken into custody.
Bevan Wilson was arraigned Wednesday on attempted murder and other charges and ordered jailed on a $45,000 bond.
A lawyer will be assigned to him before his next court appearance.
Police say Wilson was upset after a Clink pushed snow near a parked vehicle.
