CLEVELAND -- Frontier Airlines is adding six new nonstop destinations from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport starting June 13.
The cities are Raleigh-Durham, Atlanta, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers and Phoenix.
The list includes some major cities impacted by the recent loss of the United hub.
"As the only low-fare carrier at Cleveland, we're excited to double our destination choices," says Daniel Shurz, Frontier senior vice president.
There are special introductory fares available at www.FlyFrontier.com. They include $59 each way to Atlanta, $79 to Fort Lauderdale and $99 to Phoenix. Initial fares are available through Saturday.
"Frontier has shown us they have extreme confidence in this market and would like to keep growing in Cleveland," airport Director Ricky Smith says.
