With more snow on the way, crews try to get a jump on the storm
It looks like March will go out like a lion.
Even though it is officially Spring, multiple inches of snow are on the way to Northeast Ohio on Saturday.
The Ohio Department of transportation is trying to get ahead of the coming snow and ice storm by sending crews out beginning at 10 a.m.
Crews in Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties will be clearing and treating roads before the storm. They will continue working around the clock until the weather and roads are clear.
ODOT asks drivers to give plows plenty of room on the road and to travel several hundred feet behind them.
Drivers are also advised to reduce speed and increased following distance during all winter weather this weekend.
