They were all booked into the Summit County Jail and the homicide remains under investigation.

AKRON -- Detectives have arrested three suspects involved in the most recent homicide of Shawn Dotson.

Detectives arrested Daryl E. Rue, 27; Robert E. Jordan Jr., 26; and Dennis Miller, 27, all of Akron.

Shortly before midnight Saturday, Rue, Jordan and Miller forced their way into Dotson's house on Lawton Street and robbed Dotson. During the robbery, Dotson was shot in the chest.

He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

Daryl E. Rue was charged with obstructing official business, aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and kidnapping.

Robert E. Jordan Jr., was charged with obstructing official business, aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and kidnapping.

Dennis Miller was charged with obstructing official business, tampering with evidence, complicity to commit aggravated murder, complicity to commit aggravated robbery, complicity to commit aggravated burglary and complicity to commit kidnapping.

They were all booked into the Summit County Jail. The homicide remains under investigation.
