The Factory of Terror in Canton is putting its own twist on Friday the 13th with a special night of screams in which a new haunted attraction will be unleashed.
From 7 p.m. until midnight, the Factory of Terror opens its doors to the public for anybody brave enough to face their fears inside.
Tickets are $20 in advance online (until 4 p.m.) or $26 at the door (last ticket sold at 11:30 p.m.).
The Factory of Terror, which features four separately themed haunted attractions, sits inside a former aluminum foundry at 4125 Mahoning Rd. NE.
The Factory of Terror has been in the Guinness Book of World Records twice as the world's longest walk-through horror house. Most recently, it set the record on Aug. 7, 2011, measuring in at 3,795 ft. 11 in. from start to finish.
According to Guinness, the world record is now held by the Dead or Alive haunted house in Ube, Yamaguchi, Japan. It was measured at 4,235 ft. 5 in. from start to finish on Oct. 4, 2011.
