CLEVELAND -- A semi carrying steel pipe overturned early Tuesday morning on I-90 East near Dead Man's Curve just after 3 a.m.
Three lanes were closed for more than four hours as crews worked to clear the wreckage. All lanes reopened by 8:10 a.m.
The lane closures resulted in heavy delays for drivers throughout the main hours of the morning rush.
Sources say the driver appeared to be "OK" despite the tractor-trailer being completely upside down.
