Police Office Michael Brelo has been indicted by a grand jury on two counts of manslaughter in the deaths of two people who died in a hail of gunfire following a November 2012 police chase.
In the above video, Officer Brelo talks to investigators from the Ohio Attorney General's Office about the night of November 29, 2012. Prosecutors determined that Brelo fired 49 shots at Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams. Prosecutors say at least 15 shots came after their car had already been stopped. Brelo stood onto the hood of the victims' car as he fired.
