Police say he was found dead in a restroom at the Cleveland Horseshoe Casino at 100 Public Square
CLEVELAND -- The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's office is investigating the death of Michael Joseph Pavlina, 43, of Strongsville.
Police say he was found dead in a restroom at the Cleveland Horseshoe Casino at 100 Public Square on Sunday, according to the ME's office.
Police are not releasing any further information.
The Cleveland Horseshoe Casino released the following statement at 1 p.m. Monday:
"At approximately 2 a.m. Saturday, a casino employee discovered a man in a casino restroom who had passed away from what appears to be natural causes. Authorities were alerted immediately and Cleveland Police have filed a report."
