NORTH ROYALTON -- It's got a white crust and traditional cheese.
My Pizzetta is a drive-thru-only pizzeria. It's a family-run business, headed by Bob Rybak, his wife Sharon, and their son Paul.
It's at 14290 State Road, 500 feet south of Royalton Road. Its slogan? "Everybody's happy."
"We were in Italy, we stopped at a pizzeria and, within five minutes of ordering, here comes the pizza. On our way out, we talked to the owner, and we saw how they did it."
They did it by using a brick oven that bakes the pizza at 700 degrees. Throw in some new technology, and the pizza takes 90 seconds to make. This isn't microwave pizza!
"They say, 'oh it's frozen, or pizza by the slice and he's just keeping it warm.' No, everything here is fresh."
One customer named Jim has been there every day since they opened on Dec. 16. Every day he's driven in and gotten a pizza.
Jim pulls up and orders "a Jim pizza" and they know what to do.
Three different crusts are available, and the pies come in 8-inch and 10-inch sizes. It's the only "exclusive drive-thru" pizzeria in the country.
They're quick and easy. You can get something different for everybody in the family, so that's nice and convenient.
Business started off slowly because of the harsh winter, but things have really picked up in the last month or two.
