CLEVELAND HEIGHTS – Police announced that five people were arrested and are in custody in the killing of Brennan's Colony owner Jim Brennan.

Details still coming in.

Brennan, 61, was shot and killed during what police say was a robbery at the Colony about 1 p.m. Monday.

Police say that they are working with the DEA, the FBI, CMHA, the Cleveland police, South Euclid police, Shaker Heights police, the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's office and the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office.

Police say that they are still investigating and that they are confident that the five in custody were in the restaurant at the time of the incident.

Police said the five in custody are all from Cleveland and say that charges are expected within 24 hours. Their ages vary from 20 to 23 years of age.

Several hundred packed a Cleveland Heights park Tuesday night to pay tribute Brennan.

They cried and hugged each other and shared stories of their friend while singing hymns of "We Shall Overcome."

Many of the community members pooled money to create a $25,000 reward for information that would lead to the arrest of his killers.

"I feel hurt and anger, this is ridiculous," says Roscoe Morgan, of the Cleveland Boys & Girl Club and a friend of Jim Brennan. "You don't kill a guy like this for nothing -- there's no reason for anyone to come in here and hurt this guy."

"Doesn't matter if you're black or white -- doesn't matter who you are, people loved this guy, loved this community, this city is strong," said Bryan Bennett -- a friend for thirty years.
