CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- It has been weeks since Brennan's Colony closed after its owner was murdered inside.

Tuesday, Brennan's Colony reopens to the public at 4 p.m. and will only be serving drinks. By Friday, the kitchen will reopen with a limited menu.

Two sets of brothers, who face charges in the incident, have pleaded not guilty.

Brennan's Colony is located at 2299 Lee Road.
