CLEVELAND -- Family and friends of a man who went missing at a concert at Progressive Field over the weekend have taken their search to social media.

Cory Barron, 22, of Fremont was last seen at the Jason Aldean concert Friday night. Those close to Barron are using #HelpFindCory on Twitter to get the word out about his disappearance.

Friend Kent Weaver continually tweeted since Barron's disappearance saying things like, "just hoping I wake up in the morning," and "this has all been a bad dream."

Even the singer himself helped out with the social media push, retweeting a Channel 3 tweet from his account, @Jason_Aldean.

Meanwhile Monday afternoon, Cleveland police continued to search for Barron, canvassing a construction area near Progressive Field in search of clues.

Barron is described as 6 foot 2 and 225 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a Budweiser T-shirt and a red, white and blue bandanna.

It's reported that Barron left his seat to buy a drink and never returned.

If you have any information call Cleveland Police at (216) 623-5300.

Police have said that a body recovered Monday afternoon off of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard does not match Barron's description.

AUDIO FROM WTAM

Monday a man called WTAM radio's Trivisano Show saying he was Cory's grandfather. The man named, Gene, described Cory's family as "close knit." Gene told the Trivisano Show that Cory's parents had dropped him off at the concert with friends.

The man said Cory does not have any history of drug use, or financial problems.
